D’Souza tried to give via another person. Pretty stupid on his part to get caught for that, right? I mean, hand someone cash and what they do with it is up to them. To get nailed for that they needed a paper trail and someone willing to flip on D’Souza.
But they were probably monitoring all his calls and emails after he became such an outspoken Obama critic. Finally caught him. We know they ‘weaponized’ the IRS, so wouldn’t put it past them.
