My position has always been the FBI will recommend indictment but the administration will refuse to pursue it further

I think that’s probably what will happen. BUT!! That is going to unleash all sorts of unintended consequences someting be done. Not just us on the right. Think of the farrr left, the Sanders supporters. They will be furious. All this pressure coming at the White House and DOJ. The legacy in tatters, the public enraged, the Clintons in disgrace. All kinds of things will happen.

The first choice is for prosecution, but failing that, there will still be payment of a different sort for these people.

This administration, maybe, but unless homo issues a pardon before the year is out, President Cruz or Trump will pursue it. It's not like she'll be able to skate via statue of limitations. If not charged now, she can still be charged next year.
