US State Dept. Records Show John Kerry Sent Hillary A ‘SECRET’ Email From His iPad
Daily Caller ^ | 30 Jan 16 | Chuck Ross

Emails released by the State Department on Friday show that in 2011, then-Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry sent then-Sec. of State Hillary Clinton an email from his iPad that has been deemed to contain information classified as “Secret.”

While previous releases of Clinton’s emails have shown that she and her staff communicated directly with Kerry when he was a senator, the new email is the first from Kerry that the State Department has determined contains sensitive information.

Kerry has largely been silent throughout the Clinton email controversy. He has sent letters asking the State Department’s inspector general to review the agency’s records keeping practices, but he has not publicly criticized Clinton for exclusively using a personal email account and a home-brew email server.

Perhaps now we know why.

There is a lot of truth to what you are saying. Let me put it this way...

Your financial advisor, entrusted to act as a fiduciary for a few dozen clients and few million dollars of assets is required by federal law to use only his company’s e-mail to communicate with his clients and supervisors. Anyone in the securities or investment advisory business would be looking at a bar (end of career, go deliver pizzas for the rest of your life) for using an off-book e-mail in a systematic manner like this. That is a completely separate issue from the content problems.

Rules are for we “the little people.” BigGov elites are exempt. They were born to watch over and protect the masses from themselves.

We must honor and appreciate our leaders. They are our superiors and under no circumstances should they ever be held accountable.

If Sanders jumped on her, it would be political.

When someone is shooting themselves in the foot, you stand back and let them finish the job.

So true, but just a reminder during the 1st ‘rat debate

Sanders got “the biggest applause of the night” for his comment that people are “sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails.”

“This campaign should be about the grotesque levels of income and wealth inequality in our country, the unprecedented planetary emergency of our changing climate, and our need to invest in jobs and education, not jails and incarceration,” Sanders’ email read. It ended: “Chip in to show your love for Bernie tonight.”

You misunderstand me if I've led you to think I'm offering excuses for HRC. I agree completely with everything you said. But all of Washington is acting like this is just HRC acting in isolation or, at most, just assisted by her staff. Everyone who had email dealings with HRC as SoS knew that she was breaking the law in a very serious way. They are all in it up to their necks. HRC, Mills, Abedin-Weiner, Blumenthal should be hanged as traitors. Anyone communicating classified material to clintonemail.com should receive maximum sentences based on the harshest interpretation of their willful violations.

Kerry should have been locked up in 1970.

TREASON - continuous, pre-meditated, in-your-face, agenda-driven, agency-abetted, media-complicit, representative-enabled, executive branch-originated, ongoing -

Could you imagine if this happened in a Republican administration? The MSM would be hyperbolic.

Spot on!

This is so big that there cannot be a normal transition to the next President.

We need Nuremberg style trials to prosecute all these traitors

............it appears more than possible to have a ‘shadow’ government within our own, operating outside of the confines of oversight.

It appears because it exists!

This is just another vast right-wing conspiracy of mean-spirited people using highly-edited material to swiftboat honorable Democrats who have served the American people both in the military (John Kerry is a Vietnam veteran), as well as appointed and elected offices. It is time to stop maligning these good Democrats, quit playing politics, and let them get back to doing the socialistic work that everyone agrees needs to be done.

The rules already require what you demand.
That set of rules includes law, regulation, and policy.

The issue here is not the need for more rules, but the need for enforcement of existing rules.

... much like our border ...
