When he included others in the letter, that is what crossed the line. If this was in a private letter to a voter only showing his name? Maybe. Including other names is an invasion of the other peoples privacy.

You could be right, but it may be a problem with Cruz due to the type of person who is attracted to his candidacy. time will tell. It will depend upon the segment of voters they sent it to. I believe the campaign when they say it is targeted because direct mail is the most expensive method to reach voters. That is why Carson blew through so much of his money so early.

This was not sent out by a rival campaign. I feel very confident about that.
