This wouldn’t be a prepper thread without some bossy advice.
When my mother had her stroke, I got her a little rubber ball and had her squeeze it slowly 5 times, first in one hand and then in the other. After a few days increase to 10 squeezes with each hand, etc. She was very weak at first and could hardly hold the ball, but over time she became stronger.
This helped my mother regain and strengthen the brain-hand coordination that had been damaged by the stroke.
I’m thinking this might help your wife as well.

I do believe that instead of trying to post articles for the Weekly Prepper Ping, I think I’ll write them. I have a lot of ideas to pass along, [with the links for you to follow if you desire]. Since I do such a cruddy job of posting articles anyway. And most of the articles I find are not really that good. I want to emphasize on what we can do, verses panicking purchasing.
