18 U.S. Code § 4 - Misprision of felony

Current through Pub. L. 114-38. (See Public Laws for the current Congress.)

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Have a list of laws broken here: Hillary Clinton's Email and Server Scandal: Summary Review and Recommendations

One article says 5 laws broken, another 8. Rudy Giuliani said 13 laws broken.

I'm sure the FBI has found more plus is each email that violates a law a felony? On paper conviction is a no brainer, . . but it's Hillary.
