It's a good post. Needs to get a lot of attention. Actually one of the most damning pieces of evidence on this climate warming issue is the actual record of predictions just prior to the North American hurricane season. Some diligent researcher has been documenting on Wikipedia what the NOAA and a bunch of other weather agencies predicted the number of major storms and hurricanes would be. The record of prediction has been pretty bad across the last decade. Perhaps the worst year of prediction was 2013, a highly unusual year when only 2 hurricanes occurred and zero major hurricanes. The numbers posted below reveal just how bad these guys were at predicting what was going to happen in 2013. We would have been better off just using historical averages rather than hiring these "experts". Imagine. If these guys are not smart enough to predict the number of hurricanes that will occur in the next 3 months, how can they possibly predict with any accuracy what global temperatures will be 70 years?! Have a look at the data... |
When you cherry pick the data, you automatically lose.
You left out the data on Pacific hurricanes and cyclones in the southern hemisphere.
