Of course the Oscars should have quotas - heck, that’s not going anywhere near far enough: every movie they make, no matter what the topic, should have quotas as well, and not just for actors, but also for directors, producers, cameramen, best boys, key grips - the whole shooting match. From now on, 12% blacks, 51% females, 1% muslims, 2% homosexuals, 0.1% trannies, whatever % Asians, etc, etc, no matter what the subject matter, no matter what the historical context, no matter what the time period, no matter what the literary source.
Can’t have Hollyweird going half-way when it comes to fairness.

Lets just put all all actors in grey scale that way only talent will be a deciding factor.
If they do not like grey scale- how about if you are white you wear black face and talk only in jive, if you are black you need to wear white face and speak the Kings English.
Or we can just do to CG and do away with actors/actresses all together- then there will be no need to protest- all will be unemployed
