Trump has supported Vets and Vet organizations for years. Do some research. Trump is a patriotic man and went to a military academy rather than a high school when young. Their are pictures of young Trump in his academy military uniform. The academy treated its students just as if the were young recruits. Trump has a real good feel for things military. He will be a great advocate as President, and will build it up again after 8 years of neglect.
Yes, Trump does. There are very few stories that get out about the things Trump does for others. That is apparently because he does them the way they should be done and from his heart. We are not supposed to give to X,Y, and Z and then run our mouth all over the place according to the Bible.

I replied to you many posts earlier. I stated to you “that no combat Vet I knew would agree with you.” You said you were 100% VA. I can tell you that most of the men I served with retired long before you did except a few SGM’s and Gens. Now Gen Bargewell ran recon as an NCO in SOG and LTG Tangney was the last man at CCS to have my last job as launch officer of the northern launch site at CCS. He was there on his second tour in 70 and SGM Waugh led the group in Cambodia that were near Ba Kiev. I disagree and personally Trump’s VA health plan beats the hell out of the VA now. Those on Tricare are either happy where they are or upset. Many of the NCO’s I knew who retired had Tricare but use or used the VA also. Sadly, many are passing on. Gen Singlaub is only 30 miles from me or so. At 94-5 he drives better then I do.

I believe he was instrumental in building the Vietnam Vets Memorial in NYC. He doesn’t brag about it. If it’s true, I wish someone would mention it in rallies.
As arrogant and braggadocious as some say he is, he’s very silent when it comes to people he has helped along the way.
