No be can grant a blanket pardon for acts.related to her role as Secretary of State. This is much like Ford’s pardon of Nixon.

He could even great a pardon to Bill Clinton to protect him from the Foundation deeds etc.

Wow...I did not know that a Pardon could also amount to a magic invisible blanket that a President can put around anyone for any reason....even absent any formal charge in place.

Since the FBI is expert at breaking people down, I suspect that they will gut Clinton’s campaign by pulling in/interrogating her inner circle....offering them immunity....all without making any recommendation to indict Clinton herself.

Obama can, however, still fully immunize her, as Ford did Nixon, even in the absence of any charges
