Agree with what you posted, except for the last part. Setting up a private serve, and cutting and pasting classified info into emails sent to and from said server, are deliberate acts. (Yes, HRC may try to let the underlings take the fall for the cutting and pasting, but that won't fly because it wouldn't have been done without her approval.)
I've believed since last year, and am now convinced, that HRC will not politically survive this email scandal. One way or another, she will fall. Many freepers reflexively post, “She's a Clinton! She's untouchable!”, but HRC is long past her sell date and I don't believe most Dems are going to sacrifice anything for her sake.
Yeah, I was struggling with the right words to describe the difference between Snowden deliberately releasing the documents, and Clinton deliberately sending her’s unsecure but (probably) without intending they’d be intercepted.
