Scarborough/Halperin on FBI Investigation of Hillary: Sources Say Something Happening
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Posted on 01/29/2016 4:56:19 AM PST by governsleastgovernsbest

With news of the death of Paul Kantner of Jefferson Airplane, let's take a line from another group of the late 60s, Buffalo Springfield: "there's something happening here." What it is ain't exactly clear, but it doesn't seem to bode well for Hillary Clinton.

Today's Morning Joe featured an ominous exchange between Joe Scarborough and Mark Halperin. The notion was that a variety of sources--from a senior network exec, to top Obama admin officials, to FBI agents--are saying the same thing: the FBI investigation of Hillary is much further along than most people realize. Listen to Halperin: "the body language among some Obama administration officials is, this is more serious, and something's going to happen."

I never thought of that. I’m sure Loretta Lynch would sue to keep a private citizen from being able to protect this nation, just as her predecessor, Eric Holder, sued AZ to make sure that STATES can’t protect their own borders.

Obama was put into place to make sure that the “good guys” couldn’t ever mitigate the damage he was illegally installed to do.

But I do hope that Trump and Cruz get on top of this, because I have no doubts that Valerie Jarrett and the other handlers who seriously intend to ANNIHILATE this nation would do what it takes. The Obamas, ValJar, etc just need to stay away from the rioting and sleeper cells finishing off the state capitols. Heck, they could just stay in South America or any number of other places while the mess in the USA gets cleaned up and then they can either come back here or live somewhere else.

I feel like a broken record bringing this up so much lately, but I really believe this NEEDS to be addressed soon. As long as we’ve got that hole, Obama can make any bad press go away at the snap of a finger. The theatrics of the election gives cover for last-minute preparations.

Somebody needs to sneak that portable radar system in and put it in place without Obama knowing. Some patriotic military folks. Of course, that’s why it was so important for Obama to purge the military leadership...

In the meantime, the best we can do is to shout loudly about it; maybe Trump will hear and make a big stink out of it. There is no excuse for leaving that hole there, and Trump could conceivably make that so obvious that even Obama would have to do something about it. Of course he could have the attack come the day after Trump mentions it but then there would be absolutely no question that Obama is working with the enemy, and his Secret Service detail might actually serve the nation instead of the Foreign Enemy Combatant in our White House...

In the 2012 closed WV Democrat Presidential primary election a convicted and imprisoned felon, Keith Judd, garnered more than 42% of the vote while running against Zer0 from his jail cell.

The investigation probably covers Bill’s criminal actions too. I think they may be holding off so the indictment comes when there is a new president that won’t pardon her.

Something IS happening here and it is perfectly clear. Due to its indictment of Patreus the Obama regime must find a way to somehow distinguish that case from the case against Hillary so that it can credibly claim she did nothing wrong. It appears that might be impossible without simply declaring that they are declining to prosecute. That would cause a backlash from the FBI and intelligence community (not to mention politically) that the Regime could tolerate but dreads.

The solution? Plan A: Find someone in the leadership of the FBI who will tank the investigation such that the decision never reaches the Regime. Right now, and every day for months on end, I bet the Regime has been and is trying to pressure and coerce the FBI into tanking this. Think about it, if after all these leaks and reports that Hillary was in trouble, if the FBI were to say that there was nothing to see here, how would anyone dispute it? The FBI controls all the information about the investigation. They could keep that confidential until after the election. The MSM would ignore the outraged underling FBI agents who actually conducted the investigation and declare Hillary a victim of the VRWC. Move on time!!

Plan B: a compromise between the Regime and the FBI, and a clever one at that. Expand the investigation so that it never finishes until well after the election. If Hillary wins, she deals with it as President. If she loses, the Regime doesn’t have to deal with it.

However this breaks the Regime is simply not going to allow its best nominee to be taken out, least of all by the FBI. The Regime will bite the bullet it it has to and decline to prosecute. In the meantime there is time to work through the other plans. After all, if Roberts can be coerced finding a flunky in the FBI to pay off or dig up dirt on should be child’s play.

Wonder if Obama will give her the Foster treatment- or will they give her a gun with one bullet- as was done in Germany in WW2

Frankly if they are seriously considering indicting her they would do well to cancel her passport- or she will disappear

The NewsBusters story on this was published more than an hour-and-a-half earlier than the Weekly Standard story linked by Drudge.

Sadly, there’s no way Hussein won’t give the order to take her down — take her out — before or during the primaries. Bernie is more to Hussein’s liking.

So on Wednesday morning out here in PST I was having breakfast in a hotel and I caught a few seconds of Sanders emerging from the White House after being received by Hussein. I haven’t seen this widely reported (maybe it was I just haven’t seen this). This could mean that Bernie was giving the headsup up to Bernie that stuff was about to go down and also to signal support.

I really don't see how they can ignore or excuse this volume of classified material

Of course the short answer is that they are Democrats for which the truth and national security doesn't matter much to them.

There was an article the other day in the Washington Post about how they only charged General Patreus with a misdemeanor. I read it as the WP instructing the Justice Department to do the same with Mrs. Clinton, regardless of the fact that what she did is 1000s of time worse because we have to assume that the Russians, Chinese, Iranians, probably the North Koreans (not to mention the British, French, and Israelis) read every single one of those emails.

Getting frog-marched off a debate stage could be something of a campaign setback

But first, you have to get her near one.

Of course the focus is Hillary in this but....if we had a republican president they media would be falling over themselves to blame “the one in charge”. How could this go on? Where was the supervision? People KNEW her server wasn’t ok. Dems always push the responsibility to the very top.

"I really hope the FBI will bring up her aides and recommend charges..."

As there is a Security Section at the State Department responsible for maintaining security within the organization, I'm sure the FBI is now interviewing the supervisor of this Security Section, and this supervisor had to have known about Hillary's security violations. For him to not have known about a breach of security of this magnitude would be criminally negligent beyond belief, so why didn't he do his job and put a stop to this criminal activity before it even started? I'll answer that: Hillary, in a drunken rage, probably ran him out her office.

This State Department Chief of Security will be the FBI's main witness against Hillary Clinton, so he better remember Vince Foster and diligently watch his back.

I agree that Biden could be a problem. He’s a blithering idiot, but he’s “likeable”. Oy! Expect they’ll pair him with Warren. It would be a problem.

Bill tried to cheer up Hillary this morning by reminding her that Nelson Mandela wasn’t elected president until after he had served 27 years in prison.

I disagree, this is way worse. The purpose of the homebrew was to ringfence Clinton Global.

It was all about monetizing public office - this is The Clintons, after all - and national security be damned.

When they expanded the investigation to CGI, then you knew it had to stink to high heaven. This is public corruption with no altruistic virtue of any kind. At least one could make a case that Snowden was a confused member of a misguided cause; The Clintons are just horrible in every detail.

If there really are 150 agents on this case, the truth shall set us free.

There are so many super delegates in the democratic process it is nigh on impossible to secure their nomination on votes alone.
