Its not like the military doesn’t remind one or teach one what consists illegal taking of money. Every six months I had to go in with my commander and get explained AFR 30-30, sign it, and get a copy before I could go back out to work with contractors. DPSC had to be involved somehow in this case, they are as much in the loop as was the commander.
At one time whilst in the military, my family was in a position to accept free hotel, meals and the like...
