Real-estate mogul Donald Trump called the coming Fox News-hosted Republican debate a "total disaster" and shared a Twitter user's post that called Fox News host Megyn Kelly a "bimbo" during a raging series of tweets hours before he was set to boycott the Thursday-night debate.
"The 'debate' tonight will be a total disaster — low ratings with advertisers and advertising rates dropping like a rock. I hate to see this," the Republican presidential front-runner wrote.
The real-estate tycoon had told Fox host Bill O'Reilly on Wednesday night that he hoped Fox did "well," even though he said the network would "make much less" money without him on stage.
Trump also continued his assault on Kelly, with whom he has feuded for months.
One tweet, which Trump promoted on his account Thursday morning, attacked Kelly for a GQ Magazine photo shoot and labeled her a "bimbo."
"And this is the bimbo that's asking presidential questions?" the tweet said. The user attached two photos from the shoot with text that read, "Criticizes Trump for objectifying women ... Poses like this in GQ Magazine."
The candidate shared the post a day after he had said he wouldn't refer to Kelly as a "bimbo," a term used to insult women, because doing so would "not be politically correct."
Trump drew some backlash last year when he twice promoted tweets calling Kelly a "bimbo." One of the times Trump retweeted the insult was after Kelly, a moderator at an August debate, confronted him about past comments he had made about women's looks.

No one can predict the outcome of the election. There are unseen hands pulling strings on all the puppets in play. This "crude bully" may be the only non-puppet in play. Look at the mess that Obama is. You think he got there on his own? It was engineered by others, who continue to manipulate power-brokers and the media. Same thing happening to the Republican candidates, being engineered and manipulated by outsiders, some of which are based overseas. Trump may be the only one who can tear down this facade of a republic and begin a return to normal rule of the people. His fight against Fox goes beyond Megyn, it's a ploy to expose Fox for being manipulated by one-world business interests against American values. Everything is a mess right now, and things are going to get more interesting up to the election.

Rosie O’Donnell, Megyn Kelly et al are not the point. Actually that was not a bad comeback by Donald and he should have been content.
The point is his whole continuing obession with Megyn Kelly.

As for Donald making a comeback comment about Rosie O'Donnell, it was not an off-the-cuff retort but an attempt to correct Megyn Kelly, who would not listen to the truth. She said he demeaned women by calling them fat and ugly, as if he did it often to many women; Trump said only Rosie, because it was a response to Rosie's slurs against him that got him to tweet that she was fat and ugly (because she ridiculed his beauty pageant which displayed beautiful slim women).
As for your comments:

Megyn was unfair and mean which totally justifies months of a presidential candidate's obsession with an on-air woman.
Megyn Kelly ignored Trump's recitation of the true facts, and Megyn fanned the flames with further insults and untruths that necessitated responses by Trump. Megyn could have ended the "obsession" at any time, but her ego would not permit it.
Rosie O'Donnell?? We know she's nasty but what has that to do with anything.
Which I responded to you already, that Rosie's comments are the reason for all this happening. Megyn cherry-picked something from decades ago that was not relevant to this election.

Models pose for a living, it is what they do. I have not seen a lot of news readers do racy spreads. I was under the impression that news readers generally want to be taken seriously and recognized for their intellect and wit, not their hotness.

One of my daughters majored in English and Journalism, and went on to work for several magazines. No one has ever called her a bimbo. She worked hard and became successful, pulling in 6-figure salaries. Another daughter also became successful as an editor working for book publishers. No one has called her a bimbo either. My daughters are attractive, but see no need to resort to pole-stripper pictures like Megyn Kelly to get somewhere, hence no possibility of Trump calling them bimbos. Same for my wife, she was a successful I.T. manager of a large utility data center before retiring. She had to fire some men for being similar to male bimbos, that is, non-talented jerks barely squeaking by in their jobs. No one ever called her a bimbo.
As for Melania Trump, she is not a bimbo. She was a talented model; she did her job well. She never aspired to be a pretend journalist like Megyn Kelly. Megyn Kelly is the very definition of a bimbo. She pandered to her bosses with sexual favors, flashed her looks in a sexual manner on magazine covers. Oh, did you also know that she had an affair with Brit Hume and that's how she got her job? Act like a bimbo, you shouldn't complain when you're called one. Except Trump never called her one. Trump re-tweeted someone else's tweet calling her one.

I didn’t watch much of it, but from the little I did see, it looked like the mods were trying to hammer the snot out of Cruz. I’m a Trump supporter all the way and don’t really care for Cruz or any of the others too much. That being said, I didn’t like it one bit how they seemed to be gunning for Cruz in Trump’s absence. Just plain nasty they were. I thought Cruz handled it well though.
I felt like the mods behaved far worse than they did when Trump was present.
The stuff going on behind the scenes needs to be exposed to the American public. Unfortunately, the puppeteers are very crafty in misleading the public. It all just seems like a bad mystery movie, where moderators are anything but fair or balanced in their questioning and their motives. Meanwhile the public gets cheated out of obtaining real insight to the candidates. This is an area that could be improved by substituting robots for humans as moderators, and have the robots randomly select candidates for questioning. If we can have driverless cars, why not have driverless moderators?
