The testimony of the choir girl in the car carries much more weight with me. Just the emotion in her voice tells a story.

Just an observation. Another was the “reaching for the waistband”. That seems like and awfully ghetto way for a cowboy to carry his sidearm......
The headline on the McConnell story was misleading. He never claimed to see Finicum get shot. He said he saw Finicum stop...then pull away. Then he started recounting somebody else’s story about what happened at the roadblock.
On the waisteband thing...I’ve already taken note of that. Finicum was photographed (taking a camera off a pole) with a large pistol in a holster.
