Obviously, this post is meant to be advice to Catholic voters. Everyone else can ignore it, unless you are curious as to why some of us are NOT supporting Trump.

Our Church is going to tell us to vote for Bernie. Because he will take care of “the poor”.

As a Catholic, I will proudly cast my vote for Donald Trump.

Brought to you by the most liberal anti-traditional hijackers of the Catholic Church - The U.S. Conference of Catholic (in name only) Bishops, sponsors and enablers of open borders, illegal immigration, sanctuary cities, pedophile and pederast priest, sodomites the world over ... and a “pope” who believes atheists can go to heaven ... Ya, guys - you sure have credibility going there.

“Should Catholics support Donald Trump? No. “

Is the Catholic church in any position these days to order anyone around? No.

Fix your own house before telling people how they should vote for theirs.

What does Trump care about the catholic vote. It always goes to the most pro abortion candidate in the race anyway.

No big loss. Catholics as a majority very reliably vote Dem. More of them will switch to Trump than Cruz though. Still a pittance that won’t matter.

“Trump is right about something — it is time for a change. We do need to shake things up and make America great again. “

And his thoughts also should flow to the Catholic Church. You guy need a new Pope, not this Argentinean Commie. He should have been “BLACK SMOKE” from the getgo. Also, The Catholic Church should be sanctioned for it’s routine violations of the country’s immigration laws.

Trump is more conservative than their Pope! And definitively a hell of a lot more capitalist!

Well stated. I remember when nearly all Christians would have found Trump’s behavior disqualifying.

CatholicVote.org

It's a political advocacy group, with NO connection to the Catholic Church.

Wouldn’t have anything to do with the vast majority of illegals being Catholic would it?

I'm Catholic and voting for Trump. He doesn't wear his religion on his shirt sleeve.

I believe that he is the man for the job at this time....a loving father, loving husband and a hard working, patriotic citizen.

If Donald Trump proposed raising the minimum wage to $150 per hour 90% of the Catholic bishops would endorse him enthusiastically. Catholic priests, bishops, and nuns are 99% economic illiterates.

"Iowa, New Hampshire... we're looking to you to lead the way."

So whatsa matta with you taking the lead? If only finding fault with Trump is all you got, then go back to sleep.

CatholicVote is a conservative, lay-run organization.

How can Catholics justify voting for a man who won't defund Planned Parenthood, when Ted Cruz is in the race?

Catholic here: If Trump is the nominee, then I will dress in my Sunday finest while voting for Mr Trump. IMHO, the church leadership is an embarrassment to our faith.

Devastating critique. And accurate.
