Trump should agree to debate Cruz (something in Cruz is known to excel at) as soon as Cruz agrees to negotiate something successfully (something Trump excels at).

Depends... you can negotiate a tax cut as far as how much. but when you want a cut, and they want to raise taxes there is no middle ground..
or if you want to defund obamacare and they want to fund it fully, where is the middle ground?
