Reagan was a conservative, Trump isn't.

Reagan didn't have current liberal positions to defend, nor a horrendous Liberal background to defend.

You didn't answer my question. When Reagan skipped a debate, for similar reasons, was he also a coward? You can make all of the silly tangential points you want, but you still have to face the facts: either Trump is doing this out of cowardice, in which case Reagan was, as well; or neither are doing this out of cowardice (hint: this is the correct answer, since you clearly are unable to analyze correctly).
