With all do respect, you’re living in the 80s by assuming the Supreme Court would even care. Look at what’s happening to the producers of the Planned Parenthood expose. A district attorney successfully found a grand jury willing to indict and Davd Daleidan faces 20 years in jail. Planned Parenthood continues unfettered and funded by tax payers.
This country’s best days are behind it.
This stinking cesspool of jurisprudence makes a mockery of the blood that was shed by hundreds of thousands of Christian soldiers who died for our freedom. And we roll over as the spineless cowards we are while a few despots in black robes shamefully persecute American Christians.
The New York Supreme Court, along with the Maryland Court of Appeals (that state’s highest court), are among the most legally corrupt in the nation (as well as being to the Left of Stalin most of the time).
Forget California courts for the most part, esp. at the highest levels. There are in a class by themselves.
Now you know why we need a “legal revolution” in America, to get rid of the leftist perverters of the law and common decency. If it takes a Trump to do it, I’m fine with that.
If it takes a Ted Cruz to clean house, I’m fine with that too, but we must have a new leader who knows who and where the domestic enemies of common sense and legal propriety are located and drive them out of business.

Judge needs to face some rough and ready justice by the unwashed masses. RIDICULOUS AND UNENFORCEABLE.
14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Also note that 14A also gives Congress the power to strengthen constitutionally enumerated rights. The problem is that the do-nothing, RINO-controlled Congress just sits on its hands in such cases, wrongly allowing the states to abridge the constitutionally enumerated rights of citizens.

When patriots elect Trump, Cruz, or whatever conservative they elect, they need to also elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support the new president, but also use its 14A powers to protect citizens from activist states.
Also, consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

Blame the idiot, decadent voters. While the courts and the gaystapo run wild over our rights, both the governor (Cuomo) and then-mayor Bloomberg shacked up with their girlfriends while in office. Barely a peep of protest from the so-called “Christian” population.
