I agree. An ally in the war against Islamo-terror.
Was FDR thuggish when he referred to Stalin as ‘Uncle Joe’ just in case a spy might be eavesdropping?
I’ve been very critical of FDR, but the more I study WWII, the more I come to realize how dire the situation appeared to be and how dicy it actually was.
Stalin was far more evil than Putin, but an alliance with him seemed the only logical choice at the time.
