This is a section 1983 violation of free speech and press using color of state law for which a federal civil suit will be immediate and a massive financial blow to the people of Houston who should be in the streets protesting this and the slaughter of babies. . This is tyranny of the evil!
Is this grand jury in the same district that had a grand jury indict Gov Rick Perry?

Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson has promised a thorough investigation of the Planned Parenthood abortion business after one of the expose videos caught a Houston, Texas Planned Parenthood official arranging for the sales of aborted babies and dissecting babies it had aborted and planned to ship off for sale to a biotech firm. But a new report indicates a Planned Parenthood board member works as a prosecutor in the district attorney's office. ..."
Someone tell me if I’m wrong, but it looks like a blessing in disguise.
I don’t think the pro-infanticide crowd is going to be very happy as this proseacution proceeds. Why? Because the act of discovery and the actions their cultists were involved in are going to expose how little regard they have for human life.
In other words, the defense is going to say, “Fine. Let’s talk about what we discovered in our actions. Let the jury decide if exposing this infanticide was a crime.”
Add to that the fact that First Amendment/Freedom of the Press laws are used by “undercover” journalists all the time....I think this is going to be a boon for the pro-life movement.
Am I mistaken?
Governor Abbott will grant clemency very soon.
Just so we all have this exactly right:
"Tampering with a governmental record" (ie: faking a drivers license) is punishable by a sentence of 20 years in prison.
Whereas murdering an unborn child, and conspiring to ILLEGALLY sell that unborn child's body parts which were being HARVESTED FOR PROFIT by PP is a misdemeanor.
This is how screwed up our country is, folks.

My reaction to this obscenity is simple: If this is what constitutes "justice" in our nation and the powers that be allow the Butchers of PP to go scott-free while perpetrating judicial persecution against the whistle-blowers, then it is time to show the left what true butchery is all about.
If you have Netflix, I strongly encourage you to watch "Making a Murderer" if you haven't already. Once you've seen what a corrupt Law Enforcement and Judicial System can do to someone, you'll know that what I'm about to write will be true:
A liberal judge will likely rule that the "evidence" that exposes the infanticide and selling of human baby body parts was collected via fraudulent means and is "poison fruit" as a result. That means, the video's will never see the light of a courtroom. Same judge will rule the video's seized and destroyed. Court orders will go out to Google and every other video hosting service to remove the video's under threat of law.
A seated jury will be given specific instructions once the trial is over that they cannot consider the video evidence as it's been thrown out, they can ONLY consider whether or not government documents were 'tampered with' and are to base their decision on that. The judge will further order the jurors to deliver a guilty verdict as the evidence is there that drivers licenses were "faked."
The jurors will step into the jury room for deliberation. Some will want to fight and say "not guilty!" while others who want to go home, will bully those who wish to stand on principle and for life into complying with them. Physical and verbal threats will be made. One by one, the "holdout" jurors who want to vote not guilty fall one by one as word gets to them that their families are being threatened and they risk losing their jobs if they do not comply.
The jury returns a GUILTY verdict and goes home seven days after starting deliberations. The families of those who wanted to vote not guilty are relieved to see them. Jurors are told of the threats made against their families and are frightened to "buck the system" further because they just want to live their lives in peace.
That's how this is all gonna go down.
Whatever Harris County does PP is still not out of the woods.
They think they have been vindicated.
Any illegal immigrants guilty of tampering with a governmental record, ya think?
That Netflix show was just propaganda, showing how very easy it is for the left to lead sheep.

What’s so stupid about the second charge is that if they accuse Daleiden of attempting to buy baby body parts, they acknowledge that Planned Parenthood was selling. IOW, by their very charge they are admitting that they know Planned Parenthood was selling baby body parts.
Their refusal to do anything about it makes them accomplices - morally, if not legally.
This “grand jury” is complicit in the sale of baby body parts. They need to hear what the part of America that still has a soul thinks about that...

Looks to me like it would only be a crime to have a fake California drivers license in Texas if you showed it to a Texas police officer, and tried to make them think it was real.
California might have a gripe, just because they faked a California license.
