Never said he did file for personal bankruptcy. . I asked if HE considers it a lie to sign a promissory note to repay in full, and then file bankruptcy and then not pay in full. He must not. Because as the CEO or President of a corporation he damned well has to be the signatory on any note that that he agrees to re pay as a Corporation.
If you have other facts, that he wasn't a signatory to any of those loans, please educate us. And I will honestly apologize for posting what you call crap. As a corporation president any loan I have taken out for the corporation I was president of - I had to sign the promissory note.
