I wonder if Trump considers signing a promissory note to repay in full, and then filing bankruptcy and not paying in full. Several times - as a lie ?

You speak of facts and civility, then you post that crap. You are exactly the typical cruz supporter on FR. Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.

Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.

No, but according to reports, he HAS rolled millions of his personal debt into corporate bankruptcies.

Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.

According to Forbes, he want bankrupt 4 times. 1991, 1992, 2004, and 2009.
He had stiffed hundreds of local businesses and left them with financial claims that they would never recover. He put the casinos through the bankruptcy proceedings and left town.
Trump has repeatedly noted that he never filed for personal bankruptcy, and that even when his casino companies did, he simply took advantage of U.S. bankruptcy laws and hurt a lot of innocent people by doing it.
Trump may have gotten away with all these bankruptcies, but it does prove what a heartless shyster he is. In other words - don't do business with guys like Trump!
Trump is in it for Trump. It's always about no one but Trump.

Never said he did file for personal bankruptcy. . I asked if HE considers it a lie to sign a promissory note to repay in full, and then file bankruptcy and then not pay in full. He must not. Because as the CEO or President of a corporation he damned well has to be the signatory on any note that that he agrees to re pay as a Corporation.

If you have other facts, that he wasn't a signatory to any of those loans, please educate us. And I will honestly apologize for posting what you call crap. I have only Trump's own words of admission that his corporations have filed for bankruptcy several times as my evidence. Maybe I am misinformed and he was lying about filing for bankruptcy. As a corporation president any loan I have taken out for the corporation I was president of - I had to sign the promissory note.
