It appears that Merkel is going for broke in her attempt to finish off the German people — destroy them before they have a chance to coalesce and fight back. That is basically what Obama has in mind here.
Who knew that the WW2 death camps could actually be used on the German people. After all, you need to house the infidels, since beheading one at a time takes awhile.
