From 1960-94, the US had an average of nine blizzards per year. Since 1995, that annual average has risen to 19.

Awfully small sample size. Or are they cherry picking time frames for comparison?

Like the a*****e who wrote Obamacare, they are counting on the abysmally embarrassing ignorance, not to say stupidity, of the "average American voter," in the areas of science and math."
