Hillary’s team copied intel off top-secret server to email

In one e-mail, Clinton pressured Sullivan to declassify cabled remarks by a foreign leader.

"Just e-mail it," Clinton snapped, to which Sullivan replied: "Trust me, I share your exasperation. But until ops converts it to the unclassified e-mail system, there is no physical way for me to e-mail it."

In another recently released e-mail, Clinton instructed Sullivan to convert a classified document into an unclassified e-mail attachment by scanning it into an unsecured computer and sending it to her without any classified markings. "Turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure," she ordered.

Top Secret/SCI e-mails received by Clinton include a 2012 staff e-mail sent to the then-secretary containing investigative data about Benghazi terrorist suspects wanted by the FBI and sourcing a regional security officer. They also include a 2011 message from Clinton's top aides that contains military intelligence from United States Africa Command gleaned from satellite images of troop movements in Libya, along with the travel and protection plans for Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was later killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi.

"Receiving Top Secret SAP intelligence outside secure channels is a mortal sin," said Chris Farrell, director of investigations for Judicial Watch, the Washington-based public law firm that has successfully sued State for Clinton's e-mails.

"A regular government employee would be crucified, and they are, routinely," added Farrell, who as a former Army counterintelligence agent investigated such violations.

The prosecution of former CIA Director David Petraeus for mishandling secret intelligence centered on a classified-information nondisclosure form he signed swearing to protect such information. Clinton signed the same agreement on Jan. 22, 2009.

As a result of Clinton's negligence, former Defense Secretary Robert Gates said in a recent interview he thinks "the odds are pretty high" that hostile foreign powers like Iran, China and Russia...

-—along with the travel and protection plans for Ambassador Christopher Stevens-——

so the AQ hackers learned of the ambassadors travel plans from hillary’s e mail and mounted the mission to take the ambassador out

the enemy was looking at her mail in much the same manner as the US Navy listened to Jap Navy transmissions and took out Admiral Yamamoto

Its worse than just not caring. Top Secret pays good money.

Remember the klintoons gave PRC launch vehicle staging secret info through Loral?

They have no loyalty except to their personal power and cash.

Nobama isn’t going to do anything because he and his other buddies are busy rifling another treasury cash box and hitlery is a great diversion.

Hopefully Cruz or trump will have the grit to prosecute hitlery and nobama as the traitors they are.

I think before the Bradley Manning fiasco you could physically, but illegally, copy onto a DVD and move it to a non government device and store/transmit it. Had to stop using thumb drives about 10 years ago.

But her entire intention....was to get the classified over unclassified means....then route it to Syd

Why? Why route to Syd?

Does this tie into the use of the SoS office to raise hundreds of millions of dollars in private funds for her 'foundation'? Could the foundation have been set up as a smokescreen or laundromat for other illicit proceeds?

We’ve got plenty of laws for the little people. I remember growing up I was taught that one of the great things about this country was that everyone including the President had to follow the law. I wonder if they still teach that fallacy?

What I can’t figure out is why she would want to do that. Anybody or foreign government could get the classified stuff from her unsecured computer and server.

**************************************************

Her priority was to keep her ‘doings’ regarding the Clinton Foundation away from the eyes of Congress & FOIA requests. She also knew her server was hacked (unimpeachable source says it WAS hacked) and continued to use it. Protecting classified info was not her priority & it appears that it was barely a consideration - amassing millions via pay for play using her position as Secretary of State, was. This is what is turning up in the emails she deleted & why the FBI is going down the corruption road as well as the violations of the Espionage Act & had 150 agents investigating. The woman is a REPTILE - a cold blooded murderer & traitor, in it for herself, Bill & Chelsea. If Americans die in her pursuit of wealth & power, as she so famously stated “what difference does it make”.

Imo, it’s more likely that she knew exactly what she was doing & exactly how much she & her foundation were getting paid for that information.

From reading the post it appears she put sensitive GPS location info on amb stevens for one thing.

This is just the tip of the iceberg in her betrayal

Question: if the halfrican did pardon hitlery, is she permanently immune from any prosecution relating to the specifics of the pardon? Or, could the next Administration indict her and prosecute? Could not the next Congress pass a law to enable prosecution?

Short of that the only option would be a Benito Swing. But of course the grifters will be residing somewhere else with their $50 Billion, snug as a bug in a rug.

Not sure if civil disobedience (at least in the traditional 19060s-70s concept of the term) would occur but it would raise very serious questions as to whether the Democratic Party was a trustworthy custodian of national sovereignty and worthy of the public’s trust. The questioning would not just be about the instance of security violations but also if Democratic Party office holders are capable of holding a powerful member of their own party accountable when these abuses are uncovered.

I would expect a non-indictment (especially in the face of overwhelming evidence) would be exploited as a huge political issue by the Republican Party (especially after Hillary’s declaration of “no person too big to jail” in the last Democratic primary debate).

Democrats, those serious about national security and even their hyper-partisans, perhaps sensing existential danger, will react negatively to a non-indictment.

And there have already been postings concerning strong rumblings in the intelligence and security communities if such blatant abuses involving the most sensitive classified material get a pass from the Attorney General.

It is all a matter of the timing. Here is something I wrote earlier in another thread on that:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3382225/posts?page=132#132

The last paragraph speaks directly to the issue of timing:

“The only fly in the ointment is if DoJ dallies. Should the indictment, if brought, come too late in the general election cycle, it will be impossible for the remaining Democratic campaigns to shift staff and other resources to effectively compete in the general election against the Republicans. In that case, Hillary might be compelled to campaign while under indictment. Normally, that would be fatal to a campaign. But, as you have pointed out, we are dealing with the Clintons here.”

From the article.

The release of the classified info included protection plans for the ambassador.

Looks like someone got that info and acted upon it.

I don’t doubt that the real reason for him being there is also someplace on shrillarys server.

Well hey, she testified for over 11 hours and it was nothing, nothing, nothing, she had her own Benghazi right there in the hearing room, she didn’t do anything illegal, now hurry up with the coronation already!

I think they're paving the road to blame this on subordinates.

It's the ultimate Clinton loyalty test.

Are you willing to go to Federal prison for Hillary?

” ... in order to indict her they also have to indict a large number of other people”

The AG could offer witness immunity to one or of Hillary’s aides in exchange for damaging testimony against her.

She will simply claim, “VWRC made me do it. End of discussion, it’s old news now. Read about it in the history books.” And the DOJ will stand by doing nothing because they are in the bag for her....
