Not bad, OF COURSE they were going to trash Sarah. They didn’t trash Trump even a little.

And when I was listening to Sarah on the radio, I did cringe at her little rhymes in her speech “holy rollers, rock and rollers” etc. that kind of folksy childish stuff WILL turn up on SNL and they have to know it.

I want rustlers, cut throats, murderers, bounty hunters, desperados, mugs, pugs, thugs, nitwits, halfwits, dimwits, vipers, snipers, con men, Indian agents, Mexican bandits, muggers, buggerers, bushwhackers, hornswogglers, horse thieves, bull dykes, train robbers, bank robbers, ass-kickers, shit-kickers and Methodists.

Cringe all you like, the art of persuasion (e.g. advertising) is built on many of the techniques Palin employed (and which Trump uses instinctivel).

Right off, SNL’s parody took Palin’s words to an audience that wouldn’t be caught dead watching a live stream of a candidates event or even a cable news channel. And if you think most of the age group that watches SNL is going to do analysis of her message vs. Tina Fey’s, just watch Jesse Watters.

What they will remember is the blonde guy.
