That is not what I meant by Indirect Comparison. Neither Donald Trump nor Ted Cruz is a King David, Samson, or Moses. The author is not saying that Trump is. The comparison is indirect as all have done things during their lives that were considered to be non-conservative.
Sorry, I’m not God, so I wouldn’t know who He would pick.
