Quick addendum: I’m not saying that you’re a troll; I’m saying that the post you made can come off as one.
Maybe I’ve been infected with New York Values from my time there, or maybe it’s generational, or maybe I’m just sick of politeness being used as an excuse not to fight. But I love, LOVE how Trump is handling the campaign so far.
Thanks for that quick addendum, it does change the tenor of my reaction. I realized my post might sound “troll-like”, which is why I was open about not having any credibility as a poster here.
Like you, I want to see a fighter; my main issue with the Bush family is that they seem more concerned about being seen as gracious than about taking care of the country. Trump’s finest moment with me was when he had Jorge Ramos escorted out of that press conference, and Jeb sealed his fate with me when he said the guy deserved more respect.
But one of my issues with the Democrat party is that it pursues victory at all costs, including costs to the country. I’m not willing to get behind that just because a candidate jumps behind an R label or suddenly “sees the light” as a conservative. But I’ve already said that, no need to repeat.
