Obama dines with conservative columnists (2009 - Kristol, Will, Krauthammer, Brooks, and more)

U.S. President-elect Barack Obama says he is prepared to listen to all voices as he tries to rescue the U.S. economy from deep recession. He has also sought to portray himself as a unifier after the deeply divisive presidency of his soon-to-be predecessor George W. Bush.

So, in that context, his attendance at a dinner party on Tuesday night at the home of George Will, one of the United States’ best-known conservative columnists, is probably not too surprising.

Unfortunately, it is not too surprising. These "conservative" columnists now like to tell us who to vote, or not vote, for. No thanks.

These NR elites are the “Sharptons and Jacksons” of the GOPe - they stir it up with no regard to philosophy or principles just to keep their snouts in the money trough.

Gulp, gulp; slurp, slurp!

Those conservatives had only wonderful and glowing remarks to make about the marxist racist Kenyan.

Hypocrites, all of them.

These pompous, arrogant commentators need a slight name change since they don’t seem to accurately represent those that they claim to represent. CONservatives maybe?

“Wonderful and glowing remarks” about Obama?

Donald Trump - 2008 “I think he [Obama] has a chance to go down as a great president.”

Donald Trump - 2009 “I think he’s [Obama] doing great. I think Hillary’s a great appointment. I think that some of the others are just great appointments.” I think he’s doing a great job.”

Donald Trump - 2009 Trump April 2009: “Well, I really like him (Obama). I think that he’s working very hard. He’s trying to rebuild our reputation throughout the world. I mean, we really have lost a lot of reputation in the world. The previous administration was a total disaster, a total catastrophe.

I think he’s sort of a guy that just has a wonderful personality, a good speaker, somebody that people trust.” “I think that he’s really doing a nice job in terms of representation of this country.” I think he’s doing a really good job.”

Trump was obviously listening to the GOP Illuminati who met with Obama over dinner at Will's house. Once the filters were off i.e. listening to these jerks, he became imbued with the knowledge they were nothing but obsequious morons.

“It indicates that Obama is completing the job of detaching the conservative intellectual elite from the GOP itself, he (the liberal analyst) said.

He certainly NAILED that. This bunch NEVER LOOKED BACK after racing away from conservatism.

“Why are you posting 6 year old articles?”

Maybe because some of these same “conservative” columnists who dine with Obama felt the need to band together this week to rant about the leader of the pack in the Republican primary (see post #10). Was it that hard to make the connection? Cognitive skills, get some.
