I'm all in favor of making the Democrats pay reparations for slavery, since they fought to keep slavery killing hundreds of thousands in the process. They can also pay reparations for Jim Crow, and for what Connor and other Democrats did during the Civil Rights movement.

They can also pay the GOP for their attacks on Republicans during the Civil Rights struggle. So when do I get mine?

You’re right - and the reparations paid to date haven’t done anything to lift most blacks out of misery. Ferguson and Baltimore were major embarrassments for Obama because he was elected (at least in their minds) to fix this, and he instead focused on the white liberal agenda.

Reparations are pro-freedom, good for the economy, and conservative...if they are paid in federal land. That puts federal land back into the private sector. Political judo.

White women would be expected to foot this bill; they are her core constituency. Blacks are already trying to have them removed from the “preferred minority” classification (in terms of free college, education, small biz loans) because of the whole “white privilege” thing - they say they aren’t sufficiently “disadvantaged”.

She is pandering to Sanders’ weakness (blacks in general) just to get through the primary; too many young people (usually a Dem strength, but not after the last 7 years) don’t relate to her at all.
