To the best of your knowledge, how large was the lizard and what color was it? Also, was it accompanied by any snakes, and of what size and color. BTW I was once dubbed “the Patron Saint of the Linen Growler”. Looks like this thread is rapidly degenerating to old college fraternity days, always hilarious and usually obscene.
No snakes, thankfully.
As for the lizard, I was 100% certain at that time it was a chameleon. I was certain because I lost sight of it when it darted behind a red fire hydrant, and therefore deduced - in a sober, logical, and not at all loud and boisterous manner - that it must have changed colors. :-)
