Good morning all! Stay warm and dry this weekend! I am looking forward to Quinn’s hour on the AFFH. He did talk about it this summer. My husband spoke to one of our mayoral candidates who of course knew nothing about it. I fear that when the mandates come down , the cities and towns will just roll over and play dead.
I am following the story about west allegheny school and the “kindness workshop” reminds me of Gateway schools many years ago. It was through that story Quinn introduced us to Anita Hoge! I would love for him to interview her again. She was very informative and always a good interview.
Morning Sneakers, how is the weather in the common wealth of Pennsylvania? Down here at beach it is 39 Degrees it is supposed to rain, this weekend but Tuesday it is supposed to be 71 oh yeah!

Hey! Stop gloating!! lol! It’s 14 here. We got about an inch of snow overnight. Just heard the snowplow go by so maybe we got more overnight. I REALLY would rather stay home and go back to bed. At least the storm will hit on the weekend. Hopefully is goes more south of us here.

What’s AFFH? I’m drawing a blank. The West Allegheny Middle School story is PC/good intentions/public school overreach run amuk. I’m so glad we’re done w/public school here (youngest at a PSU branch campus/commuting so far he has all pre engineering classes so no PC has crept in—yet!!!)
Rain?!? Lol!!! Last night our “dusting” turned into 2 inches (not a lot I know—but road crews were surprised!!! So nothing done out here til after rush hour.)

Sneaks our little burst of snow last night kinda “primed” the pump for what’s coming (some computer models have #Jonas tracking further north—a 50/100 mile shift can make, as The Donald would say, a YUUUUGE difference in how much snow SW PA gets).
At least it’s a weekend! (Just so power stays on).
Back home in my home state of West Virginia their supposed to get the snow storm as well I forget how many inches but it’ll be doozy for sure.

Here’s some news that caught my attention this morning Israel, comfirms it plans on getting more land in the Westbank the land is the Jordan valley, near Jordan the move has already been condemned by international leader’s the U.N. scarcity General and I’m sure the Arab world will likely condemned it as well also China, has been conducting live fire drillings near Twain very troubling indeed. Great Britain, has confirmed it is sending thousands, of military soldiers to Poland, to conduct military exercises.
Yep! central WV is going to get hit bad (fingers crossed for no power outages). On the plus side tho, they may shut DC down in advance of #Jonas on Friday (small blessing of temp gov shut down!)

Affirmitively furthering fair housing or something close! Quinn will do an excellent job explaining it like he always does! Basically a huge takeover of small towns and cities by federal...global even? Overreach.
The kindness workshop was a misguided attempt to “reach” adolescents but the teachers asked horribly inappropriate answers. Parents found out and got wind of it. Now they are storming the meetings and have retained an attorney.
