You're absolutely correct. I think it's fair game to say Palin is wrong because..., or I don't like Palin because....

But to slander a genuine conservative leader under the guise of just reporting a story, that's way, way over the line. This whole thread should be pulled, IMHO.

Where's the on and off switch for political correctness? Who is allowed to use it? What must one say/do to enjoy the privilege to flip it on and off at will? Why are supporters of the candidate who refuses to be constricted by political correctness so happy to come down on speech they have determine to be politically incorrect?
