Colmbs, this morning, was claiming that the classified information was already in the public domain thereby negating the fact it was classified.

Sorry, Alan. Classified info 101 dictates that information in the “public domain” does NOT negate the classification of the information.

Sorry, Alan. Classified info 101 dictates that information in the "public domain" does NOT negate the classification of the information.

When I was the S-2 (Intelligence Officer) in my last squadron, I routinely had to brief our officers and senior enlisted on various aspects of enemy equipment and order of battle. To do so, we pulled the shades on the windows in the doors to the Ready Room, posted guards outside the doors, fired up the old slide projector and proceeded. You see, this material was "classified" and had been locked in my safe a few minutes earlier.

What was this "classified" material, you ask? Well, most of it was photos and specifications of Russian T-54 tanks, first produced in March 1945 and similar equipment. Information that was readily available in Jane's or from a Revell plastic model. My lectures were in the late 1970's. And I'm fairly certain that the Russians knew ALL about T-54 tanks.

Classified materials remain classified until declassified by the authority which originally did the classification, or a relevant higher authority.

Hillary was neither. If any one in the military had done a fraction of what she has admitted regarding classified material, they'd be checking the dirt beneath the foundation stones of Ft.Leavenworth.

When Franklin Roosevelt died, Harry Truman had to be '"read into" the secrets of the Manhattan Project. As Vice President, he knew nothing about the huge effort to build the atom bomb. Information is power and is dangerous. That is why it is classified and access is restricted both as to security clearance and need to know. Queen Hillary, let alone her flunkies, may not have had both. Putting it on an unsecured server potentially gave access to all sorts of nefarious people (nefarious people other than Her Royal Highness and her stooges).

Prison time for Hillary, her IT guy/gal and all staffers who sent classified material to/through that server. Start with the IT guy and lower level flunkies. Some will sing and provide more evidence of Hillary's "High Crimes". Impeach/indict anyone in the Administration who tries to interfere, including the Emperor.
