I’m not a fan of DT, but he probably should have having her there. And honestly, I don’t have a real problem with her (other than her voice), but she’s a liability to any campaign.

I haven't picked a candidate yet. Each of the top three contenders has major question marks. Each of the three has lied, a lot, to Republican primary voters in the last few months. The supporters of each of the three are in denial about those lies and those question marks.

I can live with any of them, just so long as Hillary Clinton is our next president.

With that being said, I would be very disturbed about how excited some of Donald Trump's fans are to see Sarah Palin on board. But then I remind myself that his fans, like Cruz's and Rubio's, are in denial about their candidate.

Sarah Palin's endorsement is probably meaningless -unless it turns off some moderate voters.

Oh, I misread, you could hear it in your mind.

So, who was talking, I mean, in your mind and all.

Does Trump live there?

Or was it your projection of what you think/wish Trump would say, I mean, if he were to have a say?

Hey GGG, where you been, haven't seen you around for 6-8 months.

That Palin sure is a piece of work, no?

“Ethanol is about 98 out of the top 100 issues facing this country, right after Kelo at 97.”

Exactly. And no one can do anything about any of them without first winning.

Thanks, but I’ll stick with my opinion, and without the snark.

ar be it from me to try to reason you out of your opinion, since you didn’t reason yourself into it to begin with.

Look, she chose the NOT conservative candidate, for her own reasons. I REASONED that based on both Cruz and Trump’s past action and statements. If you don’t agree that’s fine but keep your personal assault on my intelligence out of the conversation. Try to explain, logically, why I’m wrong if you want to keep talking. Otherwise I am done with you.

Hey, GH. I think Sarah Palin’s Tea Party days are done. That’s what i think. I certainly will NEVER support her again. Can you imagine the things Donald Trump would have said about her and her family if she had endorsed Cruz...LOL!

“Aissa Wayne, daughter of country film star John Wayne,
Reporters speak some foreign dialect. “

Maybe they thought that because there’s country music, there must be something called “country films” - you know, what all those gun-toting bitter clingers like to watch.

I heard Falwell’s talk. It was a tacit endorsement.
I think Jesse James is dead, he would be a Hillary voter.

I don't know how much more clear it could be than "Falwell also said that Trump's appearance was not an endorsement."

Are you calling Jerry Falwell Jr. a liar?

Have it your way, pal. We’ll see how the voting comes out.

Its not about me having it my way, or us disagreeing with how the voting might come out.

Its about you making a mistake and not having the grace to accept a correction. I'm seeing more and more of that on FR these days.

Oh I quite accept your correction, thank you.
When I made my statement I knew full-well that Falwell had said after being asked that it was not an endorsement.

However, most knowledgeable folks hearing that perfunctory non-endorsement statement understand that when a notable person such as Falwell has complimented a candidate in those glowing terms - that’s an endorsement. Falwell was under no pressure or obligation to do this.

He also told a story of how Trump personally directed his businesses to buy products from suppliers facing closure because Maytag had closed their US facility and moved it to Mexico. Trump saved those jobs for those people. That story was also a clear endorsement of Trump’s caring for the common man.

Which of course I imagine Trump appreciated very much. For my part, I liked it too.

On to Iowa!

By that criteria, Falwell has also "endorsed" Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz. I'm having difficulty understanding what your point is or why you made it in the first place.
