Sarah genuinely likes Trump. That's obvious when she interviews him. There's no reason to doubt her sincerity. If she only cared about money she would have run a sham presidential campaign in 2012, always a great way to boost sales.
Oh, and it's also obvious that Trump likes her. I'm going to call it: Trump will choose her as his VP to deflect Hillary's "first woman president" angle. Vote Trump and in four to eight years you get a nice woman president instead of a hateful screeching hag.
