I think Cruz is the best man in the race, too, so I understand your choice. Trump is, of course, a huge gamble. Hillary, though, is a guaranteed rocket-sled to Hell. For me, the cause would already have to be lost before I go the protest vote route this time. Too many chips on the table.

I support Cruz but was willing to support Trump, however, there are deal breaker issues, not the least of which is his admitted involvement in influence buying of politicians. If he doesn't come to full defense of Cruz tomorrow, Rush will have abandoned his core conservative values, and I just don;t see that happening. In his disgust of GOP(e), Rush has made Trump palatable to conservatives, but don't forget he has the same power to flush him down the toilet. Under democrats Vets are treated worse than prisoners in GITMO... they get worse medical care. And yeah that’s NOT the standard we’re shooting for - it’s the reality under Obama - and it would be worse under Clinton.
