--Rubio sometimes reminds me of the kid you disliked in class - the know it all (or they thought they did anyway), that would always raise their hand and jump up and down - me, me, pick me - look at me.
He's also the kid who raises his hand right before the bell rings to remind the teacher they forgot to assign homework.
