I’m saying it’s Constitutional law. How much money was the lady offered for the place? I’ve read that up to $2 million for the house.

It is one thing if the state wants to build a highway where your house is. It is entirely something else when a private developer wants your house for some private project.

If that’s the standard then private property “rights” only go to the highest bidder. What a sick word that is.
