I agree. How can Trump supporters have so much cognitive dissonance and not recognize that part of that comes from supporting a man who has learned to talk some of the talk but a man who has never walked any of the walk? Thus, they never whined when he called Iowans stupid. That was okay. They didn't see it as a weird and cheap shot when Trump attacked Carson's religion, as if that is a decent thing for an American to do. They didn't care when Trump (possibly out of pure ignorance) used Liberal/Union talking points to attack Walker. They didn't care when Trump attacked Cruz's religion, saying, "Not many Evangelicals come out of Cuba, just sayin'." But when Cruz says that "not many Conservatives come out of Manhattan, just sayin'," they take umbrage. They didn't care when Trump attacked McCain for being a POW. In fact, Trump apparently can insult in a most juvenile fashion anyone and get cheers from his supporters. A reporter with a physical handicap gets mocked and roars of laughter from the great newborn Patriot Trump. It's as if some of these folks thing being vile and rude, like a New Yorker, is a conservative value.

Well, it's factually correct that New York is not like most of the USA. New York City and a good part of the state are majority Liberal and they vote and they act like it. The Donald's comeback in the debate was William F. Buckley came out of Manhattan, which is not exactly where Buckley was from and was an example being able to name one person coming from there, if it were true, and proving Cruz's point. The faux outrage of the Trump supporters and even the New Yorkers is amazing. They really think New York has the same values as the rest of the USA?

All and all, Trump is a uniquely vulgar exhibitionist with bad hair and bad manners. He demeans the nomination process with his irrelevant attacks; he promises things he will likely fold on based on his own stated approach to deal making and his standard operating procedure of being cynical, opportunistic, and hypocritical. This churlish but bragging ultra-billionaire is as superficial as Obama, and as vain, too.

Wow, what a post. These two things you said stood out the most to me:

>They didn’t care when Trump attacked Cruz’s religion, saying, “Not many Evangelicals come out of Cuba, just sayin’.” But when Cruz says that “not many Conservatives come out of Manhattan, just sayin’,” they take umbrage.

A comparison I’m not going to forget. Spot on.

>Trump apparently can insult in a most juvenile fashion anyone and get cheers from his supporters.

I’ve noticed that right here on FR. This needed to be brought to everyone’s attention.
