How about Ted as AG. President Trump could fire all of the left wing lawyers in the in Justice department. Then, AG Ted could clean out the rest of the trash on JD.
Next Ted could send the criminals in DC to jail.
Then, whenever, a Scotus position comes up, Ted gets appointed.
AG works, too. BUT you have to remember, most of the attorneys at DOJ are
civil service employees, so not so easy to fire as if they were in a private enterprise.
It’s not just DOJ. Every department and agency and commission has embeds from the left, who live their entire lives doing what they can to assure a leftward tilt to each and every rule and regulation. Then, when a leftist Administration comes to town and appoints its people to the top “plum” positions, those lifers are in position to advance the agenda.
