Chris and Meredith Goodrich heard the discontent brewing with FCAT, then Common Core, then the Florida Standards Assessment, before their two children ever started school at Littlewood Elementary....
....Goodrich hopped a bus with other Alachua County parents, teachers, school staff members and school board members and returned to Tallahassee for a rally that brought close to 2,000 people to the steps of the Florida State Capitol.
The Florida Education Association organized the event, dubbed "Enough is Enough."
2,000 people....Franklin Graham had nearly twice that number, the media ignored them.
We always need more of YOUR money “for the children”.
Union public school teachers...the lowest of the low.
Seems about every other week florida teachers have a day off or a “teachers day” where no kids go to school.
NOt allowed to get after a disruptive kid in class, specially if they be a minority.So those who want to learn are losing out,
