How can Trump demonstrate that Cruz’s run for the GOP nomination has injured Trump in such a way that a court can remedy?

Furthermore, even if he could demonstrate that, why would he? He has no reason to help Cruz solve this issue.

If Cruz can’t solve the issue on his own, then the issue can be used to smack him with until it does damage.

Yes, Trump wants the issue to remain. That is obvious. And maybe a judge will rule in Cruz’s favor, and maybe a judge won’t. I really do not know.

I personally think Cruz is eligible. I would vote for him without issue.

Well, how about if Cruz kicks the despicable (with his ‘RAT tactics) Trump’s ass in Iowa?

That certainly would be prima facie evidence of damages. Actually, the mere presence of Cruz on the ballot (supposedly illegally) would be enough for just about any court to accept Trump’s case.
