Nobody speaks English here. I was in the hospital recently and there were few native English speakers.
My sister-in-law delivers babies at a hospital in Santa Ana. The vast majority of the mothers are illegals who speak no English at all. California is screwed by Sacramento and screwed by porous borders. There’s no fixing it.
