She does not have to do anything till the FBI brings its investigative findings forward to a department attorney for presentation to a Grand Jury. That is when the rubber meets the road. Right now, no problem because nothing is before her. Were she to tell them to back off, ah, could end up in prison if Clintoon loses election for an obstruction charge.
Now can a sitting president be indicted for acts before her inaugeration? I don’t think so. Probably tolls the statute. She could be impeached but that will happpen about the fifth of never. So, if they don’t bring this to fruition before November, nothing will happen to the old grand damn sic.
The corruption charge more than likely has to do with using her office to fill the coffers of the “foundation”. My guess is some of the reacquired deleted e mails point to that. Yes she and the foundation would be toast. I hope when they scoop them up, ALL those involved there go to jail. Just like with the “campaign to reelect the president” (CREEP) in 1972 for Nixon. If the damn breaks, it reminds me of the adage when the police come to the whore house, everyone goes to jail.
If she makes it to the WH, she and her criminal family are home free. As sitting president, her AG would never bring charges.
Even if charged and she plummets in the polls, I expect an Obama pardon for “the good of the country.”
