Do some research for your radio show. It is one of the biggest land grabs in the last 50 years. These people have had it in their family for around 100 years or something. It is quite a story and all the press wants to talk about are the guns.
She actually works for the US Attorney General’s office for Oregon not the BLM.
There is absolutely nothing that can be done short of a Presidential pardon under the Terrorist Act.
The rules for transmittal of citizenship are different from that. It doesn't matter if Cruz's mother was NBC, only that she was a citizen at the time Cruz was born. It happens that she was an NBC (but even if she was naturalized, that would be enough), and it happens that she was a US citizen at the time Cruz was born. The statute that confers citizenship to children born abroad has one other condition, that the citizen parent have been resident in the US for five years. That condition is also satisfied.
Anyway, just nitpicking on the direct connection you drew. A mother could be an NBC, then naturalize in another country and renounce her US citizenship, then have a child in that other country. That child would be a citizen of the other country, even though the mother was born NBC to the US.
Cruz is a US citizen at birth, by operation of US statutory law, and a Canadian citizen at birth by operation of natural law as understood by both the US and Canada.
I don't think Rubio is a moron, but he is the same as an anchor baby.
Hillary has never worked an honest day in her life. She may not make it through the primaries with Donald hammering her. Her health is in major question.
Of course he is a citizen, but is he a Natural Born citizen. What does that mean in the Constitution. That is going to be the issue for the Dems.
Between Cruz and Obama, assuming facts of Obama born in the US and Cruz born in Canada (both of a citizen mother and alien father), Cruz's claim looks weaker.
Undermining Obama's claim requires undermining the "fact" he was born in the US.
That was Alex Costellanos, RINO consultant, initially behind Walker.
Alex forthrightly admitted he tried to align a coalition of RINOs to stop the insurgents; Trump, Cruz. RINO's would not commit, fearing a 'dump Trump' campaign elevates Cruz. Crashing Cruz helps Trump....a dichotomy for the RINOs.
Bottom line is that the RINO's will not follow through with the smears (for fear of alienating a future President ???) and consensus appears to be that Trump would be better than Cruz....Trump being a deal maker, Cruz not so much.
...at least according to Costellanos.

Re: “Rescue Interrupted” ..... Looks like Travis McGee (?) is PROVED correct ... he said very early on as we found out about Benghazi that there was NO Cross Border Authority. That treasonous rat b@stard in the WH was probably hiding so he ‘couldn’t’ give it ... his whereabouts that evening are still unknown.
Panetta et al flat out lied to Congress - watch them do it ... they said no one was actually on the way.
How do I feel about this? Get a rope ... multiple ropes.
