I would agree on the foreign student scholarship business. My suspicion is that midway through the second semester at Occidental....they probably said his grade-point average was lousy and he was not meeting the requirement required for the scholarship. After that, he found someone who knew of a Saudi scholarship package for upscale schools (Ivy League), and moved over to that angle (pretending to be a Muslim). His whole life....from the day that he got shipped back to Hawaii to live with the Grandparents...has been mostly about an act...pretending to be something that he wasn’t.
I think there's about a 50% chance he never renaturalized (courtesy of his Commie family) and never turned in his Indonesian passport, which he reportedly used both in college and afterward. If that's so, then he may not legally even be a U.S. citizen, much less an NBC.
