Trump is trying to help Rafael. Ted should just go to court and get a declaratory judgment and put the questions behind him. It’s the only thing I have heard about Cruz in the news for a week now. At this rate it will continue for weeks. Just let the courts settle it. The sooner the better. Ted should send Mr. Trump a thank you note.

If Cruz let's it linger or calls it settled without a declaratory judgment, it will undoubtedly come back later when the Dems pull out all stops in an attempt to derail him if he were able to become the nominee.
You're right though, a smart man would resolve it and make sure it's behind him.
