Don’t mess with Big Mama.

What is the law for consensual sex or statutory rape?

Almost sounds like a “Porkys” movie? Did he run down the street naked?

16 year old with a 16 year old having consensual sex isn’t going to be considered statutory rape in any state.

Arizona, like many others, basically give a pass to consensual sex between minors within 2 years of each other’s age.

The law is that you need an adult for statutory rape.
Age of consent in Arizona is eighteen. Both minors equals no statutory rape.

The prosecutor here will need a corrupt judge though, because he only gets to dismiss so many jurors and the defense gets to dismiss a lot more. Or he can charge the mom with something minor the jury might go along with.
