Dear, agoraphonbia, you really don’t get out much do you? I’m willing to say unequivocally that you have not read any of Trump’s books, or his position papers (available on his website), and you probably never actually watched all the way through, one of his rallies (available on YouTube )

Dear Ancient One, I will bet I have been in places that would surprise you. I promise you I have been physically closer to The D then you will ever be. Trump’s books, like most celebrity screeds, are ghostwritten. Go to Amazon and you can find Trump’s co-author. (You know, the guy whose name is so small it is barely legible on the cover.) I used to watch all of Trump’s rallies, but since he basically says the same thing over and over (”We had 35,000 in Mobile! We are leading in the polls!) along with the ever consistent mugging, there is no point watching them. He will come up with a tag line that is sure to be played the next day over and over on the talking head shows, but no substance really is emerging. He needs to start sharing the details of his plans, not just throw out pieces of red meat to his hungry audience and watch them jump for it like starving hounds. I will vote for Trump if he is the nominee definitely, but he is not the conservative in this race and you know it. But obviously, it doesn’t matter to you.
Ok, I get it, you just don’t like Trump. And, obviously when he says he loves America and wants to make America great again ... going back in, in many ways, to the things that made America great is practice and attitude, (which would be conservative) you just don’t believe he is sincere. I do believe he really loves the America that gave his family the opportunity to ‘think and grow rich’. I’m not all that ancient... I went to Vietnam just after my 18th birthday. I think Cruz really belongs to Wall Street.. so if thats your meaning of conservative... He’s your guy.
1. This may surprise you, but sometimes I like Trump. It just bothers me that he deliberately wants to destroy one of the true conservatives running in this campaign. I don’t hate Trump...I just don’t trust him. I feel he needs to prove more to me before I jump in with both feet.
2. The rhetoric is getting too vicious and I am feeling ashamed that I am adding to it. Our country is in trouble and the petty bickering on websites is a sideshow.
3. I do appreciate your service and apologize if I insulted you. That was not my intention. I hate to see all of us being ripped apart, frankly. It will be our undoing. Let’s agree to disagree and move on.
